Privacy Compliance Statement
Information Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
This systemic policy serves as our transparent architectural framework outlining the processes by which Traveller Cabs securely protects, stores, analyzes, and handles data clusters captured via our online platforms and logistics portals.
01. Data Acquisition Categories & Vectors
To maintain an optimized transactional and logistics deployment, the Company securely requests and catalogs precise user telemetry components:
- Core Identification Metadata: Legal names, validated electronic mail points, mobile authentication nodes, and accurate geographical origin/drop vectors.
- Operational Matrix Parameters: Target scheduling metrics, route choices, transit blueprints, and structural asset configurations (e.g., specific Force Urbania, Toyota Hycross, or Innova Crysta requests).
- Financial Exchange Logging: Transaction hashes, token confirmations, and routing reference IDs. No raw payment credentials are parsed or held on our networks; all financial clearing occurs via heavily sandboxed PCI-DSS compliant entities.
02. Strategic Information Processing & Utilization
User datasets are leveraged exclusively to fulfill the core premium transport service agreement. This entails validating ride requests, compiling route optimization tracks, and updating clients with automated driver assignments via integrated encrypted SMS, WhatsApp, and email APIs.
Furthermore, parameters are checked to sync seamlessly with our logistics network companion, SKTC Holidays, ensuring that asset sanitation and quality checks are executed ahead of vehicle arrivals.
03. Governed Data Sharing Constraints
The Company enforces an absolute ban on data commercialization. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade user records with third-party tracking conglomerates or advertising brokers. Data distribution is strictly constrained to the following processing nodes:
- Fulfillment Stakeholders: Relaying logistics profiles to SKTC Holidays management desks and assigned professional drivers to manage pick-up operations.
- Statutory Mandates: Disclosing details to government law enforcement or transport regulators across Delhi NCR when explicitly required to clear vehicle permits or verify passenger safety logs.
04. Cyber Security Architecture & Fleet Telematics
Data repositories are guarded behind AES-256 equivalent standard administrative, technical, and perimeter security layers to prevent information leaks or unauthorized structural breaches.
Real-Time Vehicle Tracking Notice: For continuous passenger safety, fleet auditing, and seamless outstation navigation across complex terrains (such as Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan), all operational vehicles are integrated with live GPS telemetry tracking hardware. These spatial data matrices are strictly accessible by internal fleet dispatchers for real-time safety tracking.
06. Data Rectification & Absolute Deletion Rights
Users hold complete statutory ownership of their personal profiles. You retain the right to query your stored log metrics, request immediate data updates, or require the permanent purging of your records from our databases. To execute any administrative data deletions, please submit a formal request to our dedicated privacy desk at privacy@travellercabs.com.
