Contractual Obligations

Please carefully review the official legal framework governing premium transport agreements, booking protocols, liabilities, and rental policies for Traveller Cabs operating across North India.

Legal Notice & Binding Covenant

Terms & Conditions of Carriage

Effective Date: June 2026

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the end-user (hereafter referred to as the "Client") and Traveller Cabs (hereafter referred to as the "Company"). By checking any reservation confirmation boxes, provisioning token advances, or boarding fleet vehicles execution, you acknowledge absolute legal compliance with these clauses.

01. Operational Scope & Strategic Partnerships

The Company provides high-tier, specialized vehicular logistics solutions, localized transitions, and interstate long-format carriage workflows. Our core asset structures explicitly highlight premium platforms, including the Force Urbania, Toyota Innova Crysta, Toyota Hycross, Kia Carens, and Maruti Ertiga configurations.

All fulfillment mechanisms are structurally deployed alongside our strategic associate ecosystem partner, SKTC Holidays. This collaborative operational layout ensures absolute enforcement of driver vetting, route engineering metrics, and vehicle health auditing parameters.

02. Fleet Allocation Protocols & Substitutions

  • Reservation Validation: No allocation of vehicles or driver reservation is logged or legally secured until an initial advance token allocation capital clears our verified accounting nodes.
  • Unforeseen Asset Substitution: While the Company leverages rigorous logistics tracking to source specified choices (e.g., Force Urbania or Toyota Crysta), the Company holds absolute discretionary execution variables to transition to a comparable or higher tiered alternative configuration when encountering asset breakdowns, transit bottlenecks, or safety concerns.
  • Operational Dispatch Timeline: Definitive pilot authentication credentials, tracking logs, and active dispatch vehicle verification marks are securely pushed to registered client contact lines exactly 2 to 4 hours ahead of slated departure profiles.

03. Tariff Structures, Billing Transparency & Exclusions

Tariff computations strictly adhere to transparent financial schedules configured during initial procurement requests. Estimates account directly for core platform runtime, operator base allowances, and exact fixed distance margins.

Strict Cost Exclusions: Unless unequivocally specified within the issued billing statement, all border cross-over state levies, highway tolls, city parking taxes, and regional tourist monument entry tariffs fall within the absolute financial scope of the Client and must be cleared on an active real-time actual usage basis.

04. Booking Liquidation & Cancellation Penalties

Cancellation adjustments and retention thresholds scale linearly relative to the remaining pre-dispatch temporal window:

Temporal Cancellation WindowFinancial Retention / Surcharge
≥ 7 Business Days prior to Departure100% Remittance of Token Advance
3 to 6 Business Days prior to Departure50% Liquidation of Token Advance
< 72 Standard Hours prior to Departure100% Forfeiture of Token Advance

Remittance Settlement Window: Confirmed operational refunds require 5 to 7 processing banking cycles to properly clear through external transactional processors.

05. Passenger Code of Conduct, Prohibitions & Indemnity

  • Substance Bans: Nicotine dispersion, electronic smoking configurations, and alcohol integration inside any compartment of the fleet are unconditionally barred under local transit regulations.
  • Contraband and Liability: Conveyance of unauthorized weapons, illegal chemical compounds, or high-risk materials is strictly prohibited. Fleet pilots possess absolute executive veto rights to isolate and abort the journey profile instantly if violations surface.
  • Property Damage Restitution: Any functional, structural, cosmetic, or electrical destruction enacted on asset cabins or electronics by occupants will be directly invoiced to the contracting Client.

06. Exclusions of Liability & Force Majeure Events

Neither Traveller Cabs nor its operating framework partners at SKTC Holidays will be legally or financially held responsible for transit failures, missed logistics connection points, or flight delays resulting directly from natural, governmental, or systemic Force Majeure incidents. This includes major cloudbursts, political road blockades, unexpected highway construction overhauls, or severe regional weather density dynamics.

07. Statutory Governance & Dispute Jurisdiction

This legal structure is framed and executed under the sovereign legislative statutes of the Republic of India. Any litigation, mediation workflows, or legal enforcement queries arising out of these travel agreements will be handled exclusively by the appropriate courts located within the municipal district of Faridabad, Haryana.
